- Dialing in: what that means, and how to adjust grind, dose, and time
- The science behind milk steaming and how to pour textured milk
This workshop is designed to be tactile, supportive, and confidence-building. You'll practice on real equipment, make drinks from start to finish, and walk away with a deeper understanding of what it takes to craft quality coffee.
