Join us for a super hands-on 2-hour session all about how water can make or break your coffee! Lead by head roaster and coffee educator Evan Goel, this workshop will give you valuable tools and practical knowledge of how to use them. We’ll cover: –Why water matters more than you think – Guided tasting experiments exploring how water chemistry impacts flavor – How to build your own brew water – Filter & bottled water recommendations – How to make brew water at home!

Everyone goes home with a set of custom mineral concentrates, plus the tools and knowledge to use them.
